Rewarding excellence

Aristotle once said "Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit." On Monday, January 6, 2014,I just wanted to say thank you so much for all that you did on my Tulle strapless applique beaded ball gown wedding/party dress! Oyo State governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, during the inter-religious service to formally mark the beginning of work for 2014 put this to life by rewarding excellence which he said must become a habit in the state civil service.

The occasion, for some time has become "a spiritual mountain" for civil servants who with high expectations, look unto governors, since the introduction of the programme few years ago, as Biblical lame man at the entrance of the temple in Jerusalem, with high expectation of getting crumbs as blessing from the passersby. And traditionally, the programme has lived up to expectation.

Most former governors used the occasion to announce their welfare packages to the staffers of the state ministries and agencies. But last Monday,When shopping for Wholesale Cheap Tulle sweatheart cocktail evening prom dresses CT5111 choosing the perfect prom dress is an important decision! Senator Ajimobi took them by surprise by going all the way, aside from the statutory pledges by "blessing" some families, through the acknowledgement of their performance in their various contributions to his transformation agenda in the state.

With his alias as 'Mr Integrity and Quality', the governor, in his usual character began with the quality of the programme of event which he said was not easy to achieve. He admonished the state civil servants in their zeal to achieve impossibility, giving example of how he had always insisted on quality and timeliness in office since he assumed office 32 months ago.

"I am a man of quality. So I urge you never to settle for less but to always have positive mental attitude towards service. Not only that, you must also inculcate it into your children," Ajimobi said. Unexpectedly, the governor who is not known to throw away cash caught people unawares as he graciously donated the sum of N15.6million to civil servants who impressed him in the course of their duty.

From Mrs Margaret Oluwafemi's N250,000 with the same amount for her team members; to Mr Amos Oyewale Okunlola from the Surveyor General's office who got N100,000 for his dress sense; the staffers of the state's Water Corporation who got N5 million for their prompt delivery on the Asejire water project and a bonus of N10million to all civil servants present at the occasion, it was naira rain for Oyo civil servants.

The governor started with the quality of his photograph on the programme and, as usual,The Wholesale Cheap Stunning Satin Lace V-neck Criss-cross Back Sexy Sheath Wedding Dress you made for my 3 year old daughter was fabulous!! that comment sent shivers down the spine of the staffers of the Government Printing Press at the event. As if that was not enough, when the governor invited out those who were involved to testify to how he made changes to his "not so good" photograph which could have come out in the programme, palpable fear engulfed the area occupied by the people.

The power of identification

One major difference between online and in-store retail is the difficulty of identifying customers who walk into a store. While online retailers are able to track their clients' moves, including their browsing histories and what they put in their carts but never purchased, in the brick-and-mortar environment many customers remain completely anonymous until they check out. This means that retailers are losing out on extremely important data about what each individual customer's interests and who came into the store but left without making a purchase.

Loyalty programs are often used as a way to identify customers and accessing data about them, including store and online history. However, this interaction is often left until the end of the shopping experience, when a customer goes to check out. As such, retailers can miss out on an opportunity to help customers throughout their shopping journeys, including those who walk out without making a purchase.

Imagine this situation—a customer walks into a fashion retailer looking for a dress she saw online earlier that day and which she is interested in purchasing to wear that evening. With no sales associates offering to help, the customer looks for that particular dress but when she doesn't find it leaves to try her luck at other retailers. She walks into a second store and is greeted by a sales associate who asks whether she would like to identify herself. The customer shares her information and the associate immediately brings up her details on a tablet. She asks the customer whether she's looking for the same dress she was looking at online earlier in the day, and then helps the shopper find it. While the customer is trying on the dress, the associate brings out a pair of shoes that the customer had been looking at earlier in the week and which are now on sale.

Does this sound like science fiction? It's not and some retailers are already leveraging technology to make this experience a reality.Obviously, not all Wholesale Cheap Cheap Strapless Sweetheart Mermaid Elegant Lace Applique Wedding Dresses are created equal - well, not equally for all occasions anyway. Mitchell-Keller uses the example of Burberry which is equipping associates with a mobile application that identifies customers by their name and other basic details like a zip code. The device then accesses their purchase histories, and makes recommendations based on that information.Every girl needs a Discount White satin sweatheart Beaded Applique a-line wedding dresses party dress at various times in her life, whether for a prom, a gala ball or a red-carpet event. "If a customer recently purchased a dress, the associate can recommend a shawl to allow the customer to continue wearing that outfit during the fall," Mitchell-Keller notes.

Yet, while most customers are conscious that self-identification can help them get a more tailored experience,Step into the limelight in party dresses and Discount White tulle sweatheart Beaded Cocktail/prom dresses with sequins, they don't always take the initiative to do so. Many times, they're waiting for sales associates to approach them and other times they want to spend some time browsing without interruption.

Classic Georgia glamour with a twist

While a trip to IKEA can sometimes be a good test for a couple's relationship, it was anything but stressful for Kristen Mallard and Michael Beckler. That's where the couple — now newlyweds — shared their first meal: a plate of Swedish meatballs.

They'd met years before through Kristen's older brother,High quality trumpet wedding dresses and Wholesale Cheap Mermaid wedding dresses Online is on sale at cheap prices from Chinese wedding dresses wholesaler. who had been in Michael's dorm in college,Beautiful flowers for a beautiful Tull V-neck Applique A-line wedding/party dress are a must-have. and though they didn't know each other well, Kristen remembered him for his "giant fro of hair—that one thing set him apart." They started to get closer when Michael graduated from college two years later, and they began chatting on Facebook. But it took a trip to the IKEA cafeteria to solidify their friendship.

"We were just hanging out," Kristen said of the dinner — which wasn't exactly a date. "And Swedish meatballs sounded really good." Kristen was immediately charmed by Micheal’s spontaneity and silly side. "He started dancing in the middle of the store," she recalls, "and he ended up dancing on an older woman, totally unbeknownst to him, and she was making this hilarious face. The whole time we were there, I couldn't stop laughing at him."

The laugh-a-thon was just the beginning. Kristen and Michael walked away from IKEA with two new coffee mugs and a budding friendship, and before they knew it, they were dating. Michael immediately found himself trying to impress her. "The thing about her, she's quiet most of the time. She's brilliant, but quiet," he says. "So I'd always find myself trying to do things that would provoke her, to make her laugh. I'd really try. But eventually I found that being myself around her made her react more than when I was trying."

And Michael was determined to win her over. "I knew pretty early on that she was the one," he says. "I worked for two years to marry this girl." The site of their first official date was a little place called Marieta's Pizza Company, and while that date didn't end with a first kiss, the restaurant still proved to be chock full of good luck—it was there,Prepare for the party and shop dressestmall's collection of Wholesale Cheap Prom Dresses Online online today! a year and a half later, that Michael took her to dinner before popping the question.

After dinner, with the ring burning a hole in his sock, they went for a walk around the town square. That's when they ran into Kristen's parents, whom Michael had arranged to meet up with later. "When we ran into my parents, I kinda had a feeling," Kristen remembers with a laugh. Kristen didn't hesitate when Michael got down on one knee and pulled the ring out of his shoe — and soon after, she found herself scouting for wedding dresses, and fell for a structured, one-shoulder Vera Wang gown. "I ended up finding it on the first outing," she says. "I put the dress on, then the sash, then the headpiece. And my mom was like, 'That's you.'"

The wedding dress trend you'll probably live to regret

What will weddings look like in the New Year? The world's most popular wedding website, The Knot, has given us an idea with this listicle of top trends on the horizon for 2014. As well as woodland weddings and 'unplugged' weddings, where guests are asked to surrender their phones at the door, we're anticipating a flood of nineties nostalgia in the form of temporary tattoo party favours, breakdancing entertainers in between mains and dessert, dance floor playlists jam-packed with Billboard's Hottest 100,There are so many Tulle sweatheart beaded wedding dresses HS56237 styles to choose from - in every color, fabric and silhouette! and – wait for it – crop-top wedding dresses. That's right. While us born with short torsos were hoping crop tops would die a quick and fiery death, the micro trend we spotted at last year's bridal shows has gone and turned macro.

According to Jezebel, apparently it's now appropriate for brides to waltz down the aisle in ivory versions of that heinous hot pink prom dress Bianca wore in 10 Things I Hate About You.We offer Wholesale Cheap Taffeta Strapless Applique Beaded A-Line Wedding Dress and gowns in a large range of sizes and colors. We have our reservations. For one, we fear the trend will kick pre-wedding juice cleanses into overdrive, for not every bride-to-be has abs of steel like Beyonce. And what would poor nana think of you baring your midriff in a house of worship? The sacrilege! If you ask us, the only thing nineties you should be resurrecting for your wedding is Boyz II Men's 'I'll Make Love To You' for your first dance. Cue your champagne flutes. We're clinking to crop-top wedding dresses and other bridal trends we've lived to regret … Though,Where to find cheap Wholesale Cheap Organza Strapless Tiered Ruffle Skirt With Flowers Crystal Sexy A-line Wedding Dresses, to buy cheap colorful short and long flower girl dresses for the lovely kids online. not that much. Because ultimately, how many bride's look back on the photos and doesn't think she looked both beautiful and happy?

Bargains avoid post-traumatic dress syndrome

In fact, if you want to pop some tags with only $20 in your pocket (a la Macklemore) in Whangarei, you could very well pick up a pre-loved Sass and Bide, World, Sylvester or Ricochet piece - all of which I found nestled in the garment racks of two local second-hand stores. Op-shopping is something I've always done sporadically - finding a gem here and there - but this year op-shops will be my sole source of clothes.

I'm going to do my own version of the Redress' 365 Challenge, a one-year second-hand clothing challenge started by Redress founder Christina Dean. The reasons behind the challenge include showing that fashion can be sustainable and keep clothing waste out of landfills. "With today's fashion production and consumption spiralling out of control,The thing about the Wholesale Cheap Noble Satin v-neck neck beaded mermaid wedding dresses HS56239 is that it should look amazing on you, while letting you be the center of attention. we must educate and inspire the public to rethink the way we consume, wear and discard our valuable clothes," says Ms Dean. My challenge this year is to buy second-hand, rather than wear entirely second-hand. I didn't have to chuck out my entire wardrobe although, admittedly, thinning out my wardrobe is partly why I am doing this challenge.I think you should star playing the Wholesale Cheap Stunning Satin Lace Sweetheart Crystal Sexy Mermaid Wedding Dress up game, now!

Last year I developed a rather nasty habit of constantly buying cheap, poor quality clothes under the guise of a bargain.
Most of these bargains have spent more time on the floor gathering dust than they have on me. In fact, at one point, they were everywhere. On the floor, the bed, the coffee table, the dresser, the bedside table, the boot and back seat of my car. It took me weeks to sort them. Many items I sold at a car boot sale for $1 a piece. So it resonated with me when, at last year's London Fashion Week, Dame Vivienne Westwood made a plea to the public to buy fewer and better quality clothes, saying: "Buy less. Choose well. Make it last. Quality, not quantity. Everybody's buying far too many clothes."

This makes another case for op-shopping. You can get good quality pieces - albeit pre-loved - for a fraction of the retail price. And they don't necessarily have to be designer, although designer labels are often made to last with good quality fabric and stitching. And these days you can find in-trend clothes, it's not all boho, vintage and retro. So I set myself a challenge: To find two outfits,If you are woman with long legs than you should get a blue and turquoise lily embellished body con that Taffeta Strapless Chapel Train Ruffles Applique Beaded Ball Gown Wedding Dress one shoulder of yours bare. workwear and evening/party wear, for under $50 at two Whangarei op-shops, Paper Bag Princess and the Red Cross Shop, both on Bank St.

Prada makes fur harnesses and thin scarves masculine

Prada's Sunday evening show at Milan's menswear fashion week was once again a season game-changer. If other brands in Milan have played up their 90s heritage, Miuccia Prada was typically contrary – her inspiration was the culture and cinema of Europe in the late 70s and early 80s.

This theme was not immediately obvious from the clothes.Your event will include the names of all of your bridesmaids, as well as what Tulle Sweetheart Sexy Beading Crystal Ball Gown Wedding Dress style and color you've selected. Tailoring dominated here, and came tieless with loose-fitting trousers and blazers or light three-quarter-length coats in colours ranging from a bright purple to fire engine red and faded denim blue. Most models wore skinny scarves or ties thrown around their necks. Some had a kind of fur straitjacket cum life preserver harness over their clothes. We are a full service florist specializing in extraordinary Tulle Glamorous Strapless Handmade Flowers Sprinkled Swarovski Crystal Wedding Dress. The show also – following on from last time – included a few womenswear looks. These included leather knee-length dresses, feather boas and shoulder bags slung over fur-trimmed coats.

Each season, the Milan venue for Prada's show is transformed to reflect the collection about to be shown. This time, guests walked into an HQ that had carpeted floors and ceiling, flanked by scaffolding of corrugated steel.Complement your Wholesale Cheap Taffeta Strapless Beaded Embroidery Sexy A-line Wedding Dresses beautifully with our collection of pretty flower girl dresses. It looked like the sound stage of a film set.

Inside, the theme continued. There were spotlights and cameras on the catwalk. Editors sat in hollows in the catwalk like well-dressed members of an orchestra. One of the pits contained musicians, who played tunes straight out of a film score. These were interspersed with hard rock for a varied soundtrack.

Backstage after the show, Prada – who was dressed in an acid yellow skirt and aubergine sweater – joked that she used the women "as accessories. I wanted them to say what I wanted to with the menswear". The period in focus came through more explicitly in these pieces, although Prada's conceit that "even if it was casual, there was a kind of elegance too" was true of the men's collection. The early 80s in Europe was a world where a kind of rakish, bohemian man – in the tradition of Serge Gainsbourg, perhaps – might well throw a skinny scarf over a mismatched suit in a bid to channel arty chic.

This is territory that Prada has explored before. In the women's collection for autumn 2013, a cinematic heroine – albeit one from the 60s – was the muse, and the industrial set hacked back to the concrete for the spring/summer 2011 menswear show. It was certainly a turnaround, though, from the flowers and 50s collection flanked by palm trees last seen in this space.

Show displays latest in wedding style

Unusual necklines, lace and chiffon were among the hot styles and fabrics for bridal dresses at J&B Bridal's 2014 Bridal Show on Sunday. The line of brides- and grooms-to-be stretched far outside the doors of Wilson College on Sunday as they waited to peruse photographers, cakes, place settings and of course, wedding dresses. Jim Resh,She also waited at the hospital when I gave birth Wholesale Cheap Sexy chiffon strapless beaded Beach Evening/Prom Dresses. owner of J&B Bridals in Chambersburg, said the event was bigger than last year. "We had around 700 people last year and we definitely have more this year," he said. Resh said the event has grown substantially in the last several years and, this year, had expanded to several more rooms. "It is so exciting," Resh said. "We spend about six months preparing for this."

The event features, among other things, dresses from designer Madeline Gardener that hit the runway during a show, and 41 different vendors with ideas for the perfect wedding. "It's as vital to us as it is to the vendors and to the brides themselves," Resh said. Emily Swartz, Chambersburg, said that she and her future husband have set the date of their wedding for Dec. 13 of this year, to correspond with 12/13/14. She said she is also receiving help from her mother and three sisters, whom are bridesmaids. "I have a lot of help," Swartz said. Taylor McConnaughey, Chambersburg, and Alex Buterbaugh, Mercersburg, decided to tie the knot after being together for seven years. "We dated while in high school," Buterbaugh said.  The two have set a date for July 25 of next year and are just getting started in planning the wedding. "We are thinking of having the ceremony and reception at Wilson College because it's convenient and close to home," McConnaughey said.

While Buterbaugh came to help, she said that she is definitely the one making the big plans. "He's letting me pick," she said. "He said, 'As long as you're happy, I'm happy.'" And some were at the event to just browse. As a general rule of thumb plan to order bridesmaid dresses at least five months before the wedding in order to allow ample time for delivery and alterations.Tulle sweatheat beaded wedding dresses HS56231 Emily Gloss, Chambersburg, said she has her upcoming June 7 wedding planned, but wanted to attend anyway. "I've always wanted to go to a wedding show and I missed it last year after I got engaged," Gloss said. She said her dress is made up of mostly lace and has planned a country wedding with wildflowers.there anything at all that beautiful, blonde Discount Mermaid wedding dresses for sale Stunt actually needs? "I was born and raised on a farm and he's a backwoods kind of guy too," she said. Miranda Nicola, Fayetteville, has a date set for Nov. 15 and said she has some of it planned, such as her bridesmaid dresses. "I'm going for a country wedding," Nicola said. "The colors are maroon and brown." She had the help of mother Tonja and aunt Korina Barry, who recently got married. Her words of advice for future brides? "Don't take anyone's advice," she said. "Do you own thing. Everyone talks to you and tells you what you should do. Do what you want to do."

The trends that really matter

This is perhaps the most important trend of the season. "High-end designers have been feeling sportswear for a while, but it's now more accessible than ever," says Arnotts Accessories and Contemporary Womenswear Buyer Lisa Stanley. Technical mesh, Lycra, neoprene and other performance-wear fabrics were all-pervasive. Designers like Tom Ford, Gucci and Emilio Pucci use silk and leather to elevate casual pieces. Knee-length shorts, pleated mini-skirts or cropped pants make this look.

"The bomber is the most on-trend jacket silhouette, especially in a bold colour or print," says Lisa. Don't be afraid to contrast sportswear with girly pieces. "A bomber looks really cool thrown over your dress," says Brown Thomas buyer Shelly Corkery. She also suggests leg-warmers (as seen at Prada) for the truly fashion-forward.

The trousers of the season are super comfy. "The wide leg crop is one of the new shapes I've seen a lot of. They're great for showing off a pair of fabulous mules another must for SS14," says Harvey Nichols Womenswear Buyer Katie Wade. She also encourages you to try a sporty crop-top. "The new silhouette can be worn with a high waist skirt by the less adventurous."

"There's an abundance of flowers through almost every collection," says Shelly Corkery. Flowers for Spring may sound like old news but the execution keeps them fresh.I remember at one point I had a craving for fondue so we drove madly around Los Angeles at the height ofDiscount Stunning Column Beaded Sweetheart Lace-up Evening Prom Dresses looking for a fondue set, Embroidery, cutouts, applique, 3D and tattoo blooms look distinctly modern. "My favourite collection to feature this trend is Mary Katrantzou. Her embellished take on floral is amazing,If you can't avoid a short timeline check out our Tulle Sweetheart Beaded Flower A-Line Chapel Train Applique Wedding Dress with "Quick Delivery" options to avoid that last-minute stress." says Shelly. Katrantzou worked with Maison Lesage, the feted couture embroidery house, to create fabulous applique flowers from ribbons, crystal and silk. Her dresses are among the best of the season. Christopher Kane's cut-out petals and botanical diagram prints are a less girly way to get the look. Shelly also likes the edgy, Byzantine-gold blooms on Dries Van Noten's dresses, inspired by Francisco Goya and Diego Velazquez. Peter Pilotto's geometric-framed lilies were another cool take on the trend.

Spring's tribal mentality can be traced back to Raf Simons Dior Couture show in July, which was informed by Latin American, Asian and especially African traditional dress. Animal, kente and tropical prints were big at the Milan and Paris Spring shows. "These are easy-to-wear prints and clashing them creates an impactful look, and an assortment of eye-catching clutches in myriad colours with sprinklings of 2013 Wholesale cheap Sweetheart A-line Beading Blue Tulle Flower Girl Dresses." says Katie Wade. "This trend came through in several collections, most noticeably Givenchy, Alexander McQueen and Valentino," says Shelly Corkery. Key details include colourful brushstroke-effects, fringe and beading. Accessorise with natural-wood jewellery and ear cuffs. "Maria Francesca Pepe offers a beautiful array of earcuffs in her new collection," says Katie.

Tribal influences were also reflected in the bold end of spring's colour spectrum. "Krishna orange, scarlet, cobalt blue and fuchsia are really strong this season and look gorgeous against Irish skin," says Lisa Stanley. "Indian influences on prints and embellishment will be a really strong trend for festival season," tips ASOS Womenswear Buyer Rachel Morgans.

The fashion faithful: Charlotte Stockdale

You really wouldn't have Charlotte Stockdale down as the church-going type. For a start, she works as a stylist and image-maker at the very sharpest end of fashion - when we meet she has just taken the reins as fashion director at Garage, an experimental fashion magazine owned by Roman Abramovich's girlfriend, Dasha Zhukova. She lives in possibly the coolest flat in London - 4,400sq ft of quixotically appointed space (her husband of five years is the superstar designer Marc Newson: the bathroom is carved out of one enormous piece of marble). Her best friend is Katie Grand, the editor of Love magazine and (thanks to her intimate connections with brands such as Prada and Louis Vuitton) fashion's de facto head girl.

But here she is, with just-got-out-of-bed hair, wearing navy satin Céline tracksuit bottoms and Chanel trainers blooming all over with black leather roses, saying, "Sundays always started with getting up and going to church. And now I still go if I'm down in the country. There's a really nice sense of community about it and you see everyone from the village." Who'd have thought? But then Stockdale defies expectations in all sorts of ways. She is a reliably warm and sunny presence in a fashion world that can be uncomfortably uptight. She is as down-to-earth as can be, and yet she is spectacularly posh - her father is Sir Thomas Stockdale, 2nd Baronet of Hoddington (Grand once gave her a T-shirt that read rah rah rah; and her mates call her Stockers).

Her preferred reading material is the unlikely genre of science fiction. "There's a lot more content in the Game of Thrones books than in the TV series," she tells me authoritatively. And, aged 42, she has two children - Imogen, aged six, and Lucienne, two and a half - but can rock a Chanel mini without the slightest hint of mutton dressing up as anything. It's a cold winter's day when we meet, but all is warm and delightfully fragrant at the 19th-century town house in Marylebone that is the Jo Malone London HQ, where Stockdale has spent the past 18 months as the company's "style editor".Party dress up games with Discount Unique round neck A-line Sleeveless Beaded evening/prom dresses, birthday parties and dressing up for the sweet. In the next room, a team from Korean Harper's Bazaar is setting up a shoot, and a steady stream of couriers comes and goes, loaded with the distinctive Jo Malone cream carrier bags tied up with black ribbon. "We're flying in Korea at the moment," says Stockdale, peering quizzically through double doors at events in the adjoining room.

Jo Malone London must feel rather lucky to have her on board. It's not as though she's short of things to do.The skirt has widely spaced horizontal strips embroidered in white 2013 Wholesale cheap Sweetheart A-line Beading Blue Tulle Flower Girl Dresses the black skirt and a huge white bow adorning the waistline. Apart from the job at Garage (she took it on once she had left i-D, the style magazine where she was fashion director for two years), she has also been the stylist at Fendi for five years, working on campaigns and catwalk shows with Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Fendi. "Karl draws and comes up with all these brilliant inspirations and ideas, then I just get to play around with them," she says. She has her own office in Pimlico, and employs two full-time staff, including Katy Lyall,If you can't avoid a short timeline check out our Tulle Sweetheart Beaded Flower A-Line Chapel Train Applique Wedding Dress with "Quick Delivery" options to avoid that last-minute stress. who has been her co-stylist for 12 years. A Heterosexual Spouse Comes Out As Gay

Shared life, shared bed, shared closet. A spouse coming out changes all of that. It might seem a little crazy, but when you're a gay person in a heterosexual marriage, you're both coming out of the closet. His side: jeans, ratty T-shirts, the mandatory sport coat, a few shoes, and of course the duffel bag the ever-frequent trips to the gym. Her side: jeans, T-shirts that go from casual to office wear, suits, skirts, cocktail dresses, brunch dresses, Friday night dresses, and of course the sacred homage to footwear that covers an entire 8' x 10,' floor-to-ceiling wall. His and hers closets. Similar, and yet so different. Metaphorically speaking, both have closets to come out of when he or she admits that "I'm gay!" Two words, uttered in under five seconds, that have the power to bring the shrine of shoes crumbling down, leaving a miss-mash of flats paired with sling backs, and Mary Janes paired with platform stilettos. All of a sudden, you're hyper aware of the person you are — and the image you're presenting to the world. No stylist, personal trainer, make-up artist, or mere living a healthy lifestyle can prepare a spouse for the moment they discover their partner would rather be messing up the sheets, and building a life with "one of their own kind.Choose from a wide range of Wholesale Cheap Taffeta sweatheart Embroidery beaded a-line Quinceanera Dresses in different styles and colours for all occasions."

Shock, anger, sadness, death all prevail. (Hopefully not literal death). Rather, an honest death of a shared life, a person who suddenly becomes a complete stranger, and a relationship laid to rest. In reality, the "comer outer" has consciously and subconsciously been preparing for this reveal. On the other end of the shockwave, the spouse who had no intentions of coming out, other than from their walk-in closet looking fabulous, is now facing their own truth and ramifications. Their confidence may be just as shaken. Often times, the "comer outer" is shocked that his or her spouse's reactions. Common thoughts about anger, disappointment, lying, deceit, are verbal bombshells most anticipated by the spouse, but there may be some surprises along the journey. This sundress has a plunging halter neckline that would highlight Wholesale Cheap Tulle sweatheart beaded wedding dresses HS56236 collarbones beautifully. Fortunately, even though the jilted spouse won't recognize it immediately, both parties are on a coming out journey, walking very similar paths. The freshly out person may ask him or herself "was it worth it?" The answer, while hard to believe at times, is yes.

Therapy the gay away. The denial a spouse will be in will often have him or her believing that couples counseling and individual therapy will magically make the gay disappear. Our designer Discount New Arrival Sweetheart Sheath/Column Ruching Blue Flower Satin Long Bridesmaid Dresses feature the hottest looks and affordable prices. A much better approach is to use marriage therapy for unraveling the relationship in a healthy manner that benefits both parties. Have your cake and eat it too. Really? Yes. More often than you might think, a spouse actually will consider keeping the relationship together and allowing the other spouse to "have your gay flings". In some relationships this works, in others it won't. If and when this conversation turns up, let your spouse talk it through. He or she, has some very solid reasons why they believe they could have this type of relationship. Of course, then you'll need to weigh in on how that would or wouldn't work for you. Be gay but not here! This kind of "out of sight out of mind" approach makes it less real. Here's a parallel: If you've been having same-sex relationships while being in your hetero-normative relationship, you might have been having your liaisons while you’re out of town or at least in the next city or town adjacent to where you live. Often the "not happening here" thought for both you and your spouse makes your "gayness" seem not quite so real. In reality, whether you're gay in Paris or gay in the Castro, you're gay. It's just part of your DNA.
